The prize is: Two 3-month membership for two adults and two children (up to 18 years old) at the David Lloyd Clubs nearest to your residential address (excluding Harbour Club Chelsea).
Prizes are as stated above. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
To enter, participants must scan the QR code found at the kitround stand, CarFest and complete the online entry form. Entries must be submitted by midnight on Sunday 25 August 2024.
No purchase is necessary. Multiple entries per person will not be accepted. The prize is not negotiable and the winners/recipients must not re-sell or transfer the prize in any way, unless otherwise approved.
The prize draw will take place by Wednesday 28 August 2024. Winners will be chosen randomly and will be notified via email or phone call by Friday 30 August 2024. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize. By accepting the prize the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including any entry and attendance.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Prize will be fulfilled by David Lloyd Clubs.
This competition is open to UK David Lloyd Clubs members as well as non-members, aged 18 or over. Employees of David Lloyd Leisure or kitround, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate in the competition.
No responsibility can be accepted by kitround or David Lloyd Leisure for entries lost, delayed, mislaid, or not received due to any technical or unforeseen errors.
All entries and copyright in them automatically become the property of kitround. We will process the personal data provided by you in connection with and for the purposes of administering the Promotion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject.
Winners’ details will be passed on to David Lloyd Clubs, insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the prize. David Lloyd Clubs shall process data in accordance with David Lloyd Clubs privacy policy.
The name and county of residence of the winner will be available on request after Friday 30 August 2024 from the Marketing Department, David Lloyd Leisure Limited, The Hangar, Mosquito Way, Hatfield AL10 9AX. David Lloyd Leisure Limited is the promoter.
