1. Eligibility
- Open to all students in university sports teams registered with BUCS.
- Participants must be 18+ and based in the UK.
- One entry per individual/team (duplicate entries will not be considered).
2. Competition Period
- Opens: 20th March 2025
- Closes: 30th April 2025 (11:59 PM GMT)
- Winner Announced: Wednesday, 7th May 2025 (via email & official announcement on kitround/BUCS channels).
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
✔️ Follow @kitround on one social channel [Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook/TikTok]
✔️ Like, share, and comment on the official competition post
✔️ Submit an original and relevant response to the entry prompt
Entries deemed irrelevant, inappropriate, or incomplete will be disqualified.
4. Prize Details
One winner will receive:
- A WHOOP 4.0 membership with a 12-month subscription
- A full training kit for an entire year (1x top, 1x bottom per month)
- Kit supplied will be provided based on several criteria, including gender, size and sport preference of the winner, as well as product availability within one week of the start of each month of the duration of the kit provision (totalling 12 months)
Prize Conditions:
- The kit supplied will be based on gender, size, sport preference, and product availability at the time of dispatch.
- Kit will be shipped within one week of the start of each month (12 months total).
- The winner must provide valid proof of address as part of the administration details following the closure of the competition
- The prize must be claimed within one month of the competition closure.
- No substitutions, exchanges, or cash alternatives are available.
5. Judging Criteria
- Shortlisted entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges from Kitround & BUCS.
- The final winner will be selected based on authenticity, engagement, and creativity.
- Judges’ decision is final—no appeals or negotiations will be entertained.
6. General Conditions
- Nothing in this competition constitutes a binding contract beyond the stated terms of the prize. The competition does not imply any ongoing agreement between kitround and the winner.
- Kitround is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once dispatched.
- kitround & BUCS reserve the right to modify, extend, or cancel the competition at any time.
- By entering, participants agree to be featured in promotional content (social media, website, email marketing).
- Personal data will be used solely for competition administration and will not be shared with third parties.
