These terms apply to all Listings as part of our “Declutter and Do Good” campaign (Campaign Terms). The Campaign Terms apply in addition to our Website Terms of Use available here, and should be read in conjunction with those terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Campaign Terms and the Platform Terms, in respect of Campaign Listings only, these Campaign Terms shall prevail. These Campaign Terms do not apply to any other Listings on kitround.
YOUR KEY INFORMATION
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that up to 14 days after receiving your Goods, in some cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund. Please note that these consumer rights apply in respect of Campaign Listings, but may not be applicable to other Listings on the kitround platform.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (applicable in the United Kingdom) requires that all our Goods in Campaign Listings are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality and so nothing in these terms affects statutory rights.
During the expected lifespan of your Goods, if this Act applies to you, you’re entitled to the following:
- up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, you can get a refund;

- Declutter and Do Good
Circular World are collecting donations of sporting goods, including but not limited to equipment and kits (Donated Goods), to sell via the kitround platform for fixed prices of between (as determined by Circular World) (Campaign Listings). All proceeds from the Campaign Listings, less any kitfee and delivery costs, will be donated to the following charities:
- 50% to Football Beyond Borders
- 30% to Youth Sport Trust
- 20% to London Irish Foundation
- Campaign Listings
- Circular World shall list Donated Goods on kitround at fixed prices (Campaign Listings). It will be made clear on kitround when a Listing is a Campaign Listing.
- We will ensure that Campaign Listings clearly and accurately describe the Donated Goods in the Campaign Listing, including any known or visible defects. The images in Campaign Listings form part of the description and you should carefully review the Campaign Listing before placing an Order.
- We make no warranties or representations as to the authenticity of the Donated Goods.
- As the Donated Goods in Campaign Listings are secondhand, donated goods, please note that the items may not be in perfect, new, or unworn condition. By accepting a Campaign Listing by submitting an Order on kitround, you acknowledge and agree that the Donated Goods are secondhand items as described in the Campaign Listing.
- Nothing in these Campaign Terms shall limit any right you have at law, including but not limited to any statutory or consumer rights.
- FAULTY PRODUCTS
- Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’) are set out at the top of this page. They are a summary of some of your key rights. For more detailed information on your rights and what you should expect from us, please:

- DELIVERY
- Delivery for Campaign Listings shall by default be via InPost, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delivery via InPosts Locker 2 Locker service is free of charge.
- InPost’s terms and conditions shall apply to your Order and by placing an Order for a Campaign Listing you agree to InPost’s terms and conditions.
- CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- You have the right to cancel an Order for a Campaign Listing (as they relate to the Donated Goods) within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
- This cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the relevant goods.
- To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement to us in writing, for example by emailing us using the contact details available on kitround.
- To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
