Kit should be clean branded sports gear in good condition, ie, no rips, stains, counterfeits. No personal names on backs of tops or sewn in name tags.
You can send as much kit as you like, but as a guide you can fit 2 pairs of trainers or boots, 5-6 tops or 2 jackets in a kitbag.
