kitround is the leading sports-focused marketplace platform where you can buy or sell new and pregamed sports kit and equipment.

Who can use kitround?

Anyone with a love of sport who wants to buy great kit and great prices, knowing that every purchase is making a difference.

What sports do you cover?

It’s simple, we are open for all sports – if you can’t find something for your sport, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to get kit added.

Creating and accessing your account on kitround?

You only need an account to make a purchase and we’ve made it super simple. 

Just enter your email address and we’ll send you a one-time six-digit passcode. No passwords to remember! 

  • The code should arrive instantly. If not, check your spam folder. 
  • Enter the code and you're in — quick, secure, and easy. 
  • Next time you visit, click the profile icon (top right) to log in and we’ll send a fresh passcode. 
  • Once logged in, it’s easy to update your details and manage your orders in your profile area. 
Are there fees for buying items?

Yes — a kitfee of 10% is either included in or added to the sale price. If it’s added on top, we’ll clearly show this so there are no surprises at checkout. 

This fee helps: 

  • Protect your purchases 
  • Cover processing costs and platform development  
  • Support grassroots sports  

The kitfee helps get kit back in the game and supports the stories behind it. 

How can I pay for my kit?

We are proud to have Visa as our preferred payment partner. 

If you don’t have a Visa debit or credit card that’s no problem, simply use your Mastercard debit / credit card instead.  

For added convenience and speed you can also use your Visa or Mastercard with Apple Pay or Google Pay. 

Currently we don’t accept American Express or Diners Club. 

What is Play it Forward? 

kitround is built on community spirit, redistributing kit, supporting grassroots sport, and making sport more accessible for all. 

At checkout, you’ll have the option to leave a totally voluntary small additional contribution, which we call Play it Forward, and every contribution helps: 

  • Support future players and community initiatives 
  • Fund grassroots projects and inclusive sport 

Your voluntary contribution also helps to ensure that more of the value goes directly to the people redistributing kit. 

Together, we’re building a circular sports movement, one pass, one play, one gift at a time. 

What if there's a problem?

If something’s not quite right, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to fix it. 

How do I report a problem with a listing or seller? 

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, and our team monitors the platform to keep things fair.  

If you spot something you think we should know about, please get in touch and we’ll take a look.

Can I list my own kit on kitround? 

Not just yet, though it is coming very soon! 

If you have pregamed or unused kit that you’d like to get back in the game, you can send it to us and we’ll list with all proceeds going to sporting charities.

Orders

Do I need to pay for delivery? How long will it take?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. 

If it’s still showing as confirmed in your orders area, simply get in touch with us here as soon as possible.  

Can I cancel an order? 

Standard delivery is free and usually arrives within two working days. 

Need it faster? Upgrade to next-day delivery on orders placed by 3pm, Monday to Friday. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. 

Can I request to return my order? 

Yes — you can request a return from your account area: 

  • Go to your Orders section 
  • Click Request Return in the order summary 
  • Fill out the form and we’ll be in touch 
How do I track my order? 

Once your kit is dispatched, you’ll receive email updates. 

You can also track your order in your account under Orders, where you’ll find: 

  • Estimated delivery date 
  • A direct link to the courier’s tracking page 

Donate kit

What sort of kit can I donate?

You can donate all branded sportswear and footwear, in both child and adult sizes. Items should be in good condition, whether used or new.

What condition should the kit be in?

Please ensure your kit is clean and in good condition. Items should be free from rips, stains or counterfeit logos and should be without personal names on the back or sewn-in tags.

How much kit can I send in a kitbag?

There’s no strict limit. As a guide, one kitbag can usually hold: Two pairs of trainers or boots, five to six tops, two jackets.

Is kitmatch really free?

Yes. It is funded by kitround, donations, and partner contributions. There is no cost to your organisation.

Which sports are supported?

Any sport, as long as we have kit available that meets the Kitmatch criteria for donation.

What sizes are available?

We focus mainly on youth kit aged 5–16, though adult sizes are also available.
