Circular Learning through Sport

kitround Education brings the circular economy to life in the classroom. Our interactive workshops encourage children to explore sports kit sustainability, waste and fair access to sport.

Powered by kitround360, our proprietary impact index, the programme turns big ideas like carbon footprints and the circular economy into hands-on activities, games and stories children genuinely connect with.

Why it matters

At kitround360 Education, students step straight into the science behind their own kit.

They start as label detectives, identifying what their kit is made from and where it's travelled from.

Challenges to weigh up real trade-offs: cotton versus polyester, a football versus a tennis racket, testing what actually uses more water, more carbon, or takes longer to break down.

Working in groups, students use the kitround360 calculator to build a virtual kitbag and see the impact of their own kit.

By the end, every student can explain different fabric types, benefits of reuse and what the circular economy means in practice, leaving with a personal pledge and a Junior Changemaker certificate to show for it.

Impact: Fairplay: Take Action

Delivered across three connected modules, the programme takes students on a journey from understanding to action, building the knowledge, data literacy, and confidence to lead real change.

This is more than a programme, it's a statement of intent. By embedding kitround360 Education Program into the curriculum, the school further positions itself at the forefront of sustainability education, giving students a credential grounded in realworld data rather than theory alone.

Each module is a flexible framework, not a fixed syllabus. We build the content with you, from a single workshop to a full term of study, so the programme reflects the schools ambition
