We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop with us.

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, unless an exception applies (see below).

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to return the item(s).

We’ll issue a full refund (including standard delivery costs) once we receive the returned goods in their original condition.

2. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at support@kitround.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return

Once we approve your return, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Please:

  • Package your item securely (in original packaging if possible),
  • Include your order details, and
  • Obtain proof of postage.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, we can’t accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be the condition they were sent and in their original packaging (including any tags, labels, and accessories).
  • You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We cannot accept returns that are:

  • Damaged through misuse or neglect,
  • Returned without original packaging or missing parts,
  • Past the return deadline.

4. Items Exempt from Returns

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products (if opened or unsealed)

These exemptions are allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (depending on your bank).

Refunds include:

  • The full price of the item(s)
  • Standard shipping cost (if you returned all items from the order)

We do not refund upgraded delivery options (e.g. Next Day or Express Delivery).

6. Exchanges

As many of our items are single items, we are not always able to offer an exchange.

If you’d like a different size, colour, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@kitround.com within 7 days of receiving it.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue, and
  • Clear photos (if applicable).

We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days:

  1. Check your bank account,
  2. Contact your card provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted),
  3. Then contact us at support@kitround.com if you still haven’t received it.
