Welcome to kitround! Whether you’re buying or selling pregamed sports kit or purchasing something from our partner stores, we want your experience to be smooth, safe, and stress-free.

1. How shipping works

kitround is a community marketplace – this means items can be sent either by individual sellers or directly from our kitshop partners.
Each item’s shipping method and estimated delivery time will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

  • Marketplace orders (C2C): Sellers are responsible for posting your item safely and on time.
  • kitshop orders (B2C): Orders from our partners are shipped directly from their warehouse or store.

2. Dispatch time

  • kitshop partners aim to ship within 1–2 working days.
  • Sellers aim to ship within 2–3 working days after you place your order.
  • You’ll receive an email once your item has been shipped, with tracking details, if available.

 

3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the seller’s location and the shipping option chosen. Typical timeframes:

  • UK deliveries: kitround’s chosen logistics partners are Royal Mail and FedEx with a preselected standard 48 hours service. You have the option to select and pay extra for a faster delivery.
  • EU deliveries: 5–10 working days after dispatch

4. Shipping costs
Shipping fees are based on size, weight, and destination. You’ll always see the total cost before checkout – no surprises.

5. Combined orders

If you’ve bought items from multiple sellers, they may arrive separately. Each seller handles their own shipping and tracking, however our team at kitround will always be able to help and advise on your order.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If something goes missing or arrives damaged:

  • If you have purchased via one of our sellers, contact them first through your kitround account – most issues can be resolved quickly.
  • If you have purchased directly through kitround, or one of our kitshop partners, get in touch via support@kitround.com

7. International shipping

Some sellers offer international delivery – this will be shown on the item listing.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Eco-friendly note

We encourage all sellers to reuse kitround packaging where possible, it better for the planet and our sustainable culture we have at kitround.
