Who we are?

The Golf Foundation believes every young person should have the chance to experience the life-changing benefits of golf.

For over seventy years, we’ve worked to make the game more inclusive — helping children from all backgrounds to start, learn, and stay in golf.

Why we partnered with kitround

Every year, high-quality golf kit sits unused while new players struggle to afford what they need to begin.

Partnering with kitround helps us turn that imbalance into opportunity, keeping good kit in play, reducing waste, and generating funds for programmes that open the game to more young people.

Together, we’re proving that circular thinking belongs on the course as much as anywhere else.

Our objectives together

Through our collaboration, we aim to:

Offer golfers a simple, sustainable way to pass on quality clothing and equipment.
Make golf more accessible by redistributing kit at fair and affordable prices.
Raise funds that support Golf Foundation initiatives, from school outreach and community coaching to the Unleash Your Drive mental wellbeing programme.
Inspire the next generation of players to take part, belong, and play it forward.

Our first campaign launches this season with donation and recommerce activity timed to coincide with key golf events. Each drop of pre-loved gear helps another young person step onto the course.

By partnering with kitround, we’re able to turn unused golf gear into opportunities for young people – opening more doors to the sport while supporting mental wellbeing through our Unleash Your Drive programme.
